About Diana Dolling-Ross

Diana has been in the beauty industry for over 30 years. She came to Town & Country 15 years ago where she envisioned something more than a drugstore. Over the next few years she strategically handpicked several major and niche brands. Her next plan of action was to incorporate beauty events. She invited representatives from each company to the store to provide services for the customers. She created a spa menu, and hired an experienced staff of beauty advisors thus creating the ultimate beauty playground. A store renovation was completed 4 years ago and Town & Country Pharmacy evolved into Town & Country Apothecary & Fine Cosmetics.

Diana is a pillar of the community and is a member of the board of directors of The Children's Therapy Center for children with cerebral palsy, Project Ladybug; a foundation for children with life threatening illnesses, a volunteer and mentor at Oasis; a safe haven for women and children, a friend and liaison to the community of West Bergen Mental Health, an officer of Valley Hospital Auxiliary, a Dame of Mary Help of Christians Academy. She has created self-esteem beauty programs for many Girl Scout troops, Gilda's Club of Northern New Jersey, and teenagers with Asperger to name a few. She is a CEW (Cosmetic Executive Women) a member of the Ridgewood Chamber of Commerce, and The Retail Marketing Society.

Diana has been married for 31 years to her husband David and they have 4 children.

She truly loves the beauty industry and has a goal of making every woman feel beautiful.
